James has been with the company since 2001. Having joined the company after graduating in Scots Law with Honours from Glasgow University and having had a career in the civil service, James brings both the necessary legal background and an innate understanding of the public sector ethos to his work. During his time with the company he has worked in both the interpreting and translation sectors. He now has a key function in maintaining and developing our quality management system and is an IRCA-recognised internal quality auditor.
