The Challenge:
The client required a tenancy agreement translated into Polish for a new tenant who was due to occupy one of their houses in Glasgow. The document was fairly long and detailed, and though written in “Plain English” it contained a lot of legal information.
Our Approach:
It was important to give this job to a translator who was both familiar with legal matters and also someone who had experience of housing matters. We were able to assign it to one of our experienced translators who had already completed similar documents in the past.
The Result:
The tenancy agreement was delivered to the client and was able to be read and understood by the new tenant. We understand that the translation has been used subseqeuently with other tenants from Poland.
