Many thanks…I gave out my first Arabic leaflet the other day - It went down really well. think it makes a huge difference to have information in your own language.

Dr Ollie Hart,
NHS Sheffield

Client: Historic Scotland

Work Type: Translation

Project Type: Tourism

The Challenge:
Our client wanted to translate parts of their website into Scottish Gaelic. The text concerned various historic visitor attractions throughout Scotland. The text needed a translator with some understanding of history and historical terms plus a "marketing feel" to make it interesting for readers.

Our Approach:
We gave a good deal of thought in this project to finding the right translator and proofreader to carry out the work, looking into the various translators' experience and even their hobbies before choosing the translator and proofreader. The work itself also involved technicalities concerning getting translated text onto the website.

The Result:
The translations were a success and are still being used on the client's website to this day as far as we know.
