Reviewing

Reviewing involves our project managers and translators checking over a typeset document to make sure there are no typesetting errors which can sometimes arise because our expert multilingual typesetters do not speak or read all the languages they are required to typeset.

A review involves checking that the font used is displaying correctly, that the text is complete (no omissions or double copying), and that the hyphenation, line breaks and page breaks are appropriate to the language involved.

There is no charge for carrying out a review if the typesetting has been carried out by our own typesetters. The review is then part of our standard procedure.

We can review typesetting carried out by someone else but as we cannot tell in advance of checking what the quality of the typesetting will be like we charge an hourly rate for this service.

If you would like further information or would like to commission a review of typesetting contact us.
