The Challenge:
The client had produced a short film about the Scottish Parliament building for visitors. The film used voiceovers and it was decided these would be available in different languages. The challenge was therefore to provide personnel who could translate the text of the script and read it aloud for recording purposes.

Our Approach:
We identified a number of suitable interpreters who also had experience of carrying out written translations for the languages required by the client. The text was provided to the interpreters several days in advance for them to work on them and produce translated scripts. The interpreters then attended the Scottish Parliament (at the client’s request) to make the recordings on site.

The Result:
The film is now used at the Scottish Parliament with the various voiceovers in place.
