The Challenge:
The client has a regular requirement for interpreters for its events and meetings every week. The languages required can vary substantially, so a large range of interpreters are required to meet all the client’s requirements. Interpreters also have to able to work in a group set-up as well as in one-to-one interviews and meetings. The challenge in this type of work is to be in a position to provide services on a long-term basis.

The general approach to working with a client who has an ongoing requirement for our services is to build up a relationship with them alongside delivering the services. This helps us understand the client’s current needs as well as anticipating future needs.
