I know I have said it before but this is brilliant service…Long may it continue.

Duncan Parker,
Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service

Client: Scottish Refugee Council

Work Type: Interpreting

Project Type: Immigration

The Challenge:
The client has a regular requirement for interpreters for its events and meetings every week. The languages required can vary substantially, so a large range of interpreters are required to meet all the client’s requirements. Interpreters also have to able to work in a group set-up as well as in one-to-one interviews and meetings. The challenge in this type of work is to be in a position to provide services on a long-term basis.

Our Approach:
The general approach to working with a client who has an ongoing requirement for our services is to build up a relationship with them alongside delivering the services. This helps us understand the client’s current needs as well as anticipating future needs. Delivering the services is achieved by having a large network of professional, experienced and qualified interpreters covering the widest possibly range of languages within the Glasgow urban area.

The Result:
We have now completed over 50 interpreting assignments for this client this year and we continue to receive further bookings from them, indicating the client is very satisfied with our level of service.
