The Challenge:
The client was an Italian company organising an academic tour to Scotland. The requirement was for several Italian interpreters to be available for various visits and meetings that formed part of the tour. The itinerary would also require interpreting equipment to be supplied as part of the overall package.
Our Approach:
We organised hire of the appropriate professional interpreting equipment, which comprised of microphones, headsets and broadcasting equipment to provide the technical specifications required. We then provided two native Italian speakers to act as interpreters for the group for the duration of their stay in Scotland.
The Result:
Our client was very grateful for the professionalism shown by our interpreters and by the organisational skill and project management know-how we consistently delivered to the client on this project.
